At about 2:20am, on Sunday, May 22, 2011, officers from Area A-1 (Downtown) were on patrol when they observed an unknown individual urinating in front of a large crowd in the area of 151 Stuart Street. Given the suspect’s apparent disregard for the people around him, as wells as his refusal to locate and utilize an appropriate urinal, officers approached the suspect with the intent of gathering his information in order to issue him a summons to appear in court. However, when the suspect saw officers approaching, he attempted to flee on foot. After a short foot pursuit, officers were able to apprehend the suspect.
Officers arrested Abdulmohsen Ebineid, 22, of Cambridge and charged him Indecent Exposure and Resisting Arrest.
