At about 4:15am, on Friday, April 1, 2011, an officer performing a paid detail at the Pine Street Inn responded to a call for an individual breaking a front entrance window. According to staff members at the location, the suspect became angry after being spoken to about an undisclosed issue. After being spoken to, the suspect began banging on a window at the front entrance until the window shattered.
Officers arrested Al Cox, 51, of Boston and charged him with the Willful & Malicious Destruction of Property.
