At about 6:05am, on Friday, July 2, 2010, officers from Area B-3 (Mattapan) responded to a radio call for body found in the area of 4 Milton Ave in Dorchester. On arrival, officers observed and located an unresponsive black male, who appeared to be in his 40’s, lying on the sidewalk outside the above address. In addition to police, Boston EMS responded. Once on scene, EMS pronounced the victim deceased. The victim has been identified as Anthony Smalls, 40, of Dorchester.
