DOUBLE SHOOTING ON CLAYBOURNE STREET CLAIMS ONE LIFE, LEAVES ONE VICTIM CRITICAL

On Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at approximately 11:06pm, Boston Police Officers assigned out of Area C-11 (Dorchester), responded to the area of 58 Claybourne Street, Dorchester, for a report of shots fired. Upon officer’s arrival, they located two male victims suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Both victims were located outside of 58 Claybourne Street, Dorchester. One of the victims was transported to Boston Medical Center where he was pronounced. The other victim was also transported to Boston Medical Center and was treated for his wounds. He is currently listed in critical condition.

The Boston Police Homicide Unit is actively investigating the facts and circumstances of this incident.
