On October 15, 1996 at approximately 11:00 p.m. the victim (Mr. Franklin) was found lying out in front of 88 Woodrow Avenue, Dorchester. Victim was suffering from a gunshot which caused his death. Mr. Franklin (victim) worked as a skycap at Logan airport.
