HAPPY GRADUATION!NEW BOSTON POLICE K-9 GRADUATE TRAINING ACADEMY
WHO: Boston Police officers and their newly trained K-9s; officers from surrounding towns including Quincy and Revere
WHAT: For 10 weeks, Boston Police officers and their new K-9 partners have been training to develop skills in explosives and ballistics detection. The officers and their new partners will hit the streets beginning next week. These new K-9s were made possible by a grant from the Federal Government and were trained by the Boston Police Canine Training Academy.
The graduation ceremony will consist of several presentations. The K-9s will be awarded their graduation certificates. The officers and their K-9s will also demonstrate some of their newly learned skills.
