Boston Police Are Asking Witnesses To Come ForwardBoston Police Homicide detectives are investigating the death of a 41 year old black male, who was shot multiple times early this morning in the Anthony’s Pier 4 parking lot.
On August 22, 2008 at approximately 12:34am, officers responded to a radio call for a person shot at 140 Northern Avenue in South Boston. On arrival, officers observed the victim receiving medical assistance from EMTs. The victim was rushed to Boston Medical Center where he was treated for multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was later pronounced as a result of his injuries. UPDATE: When officers arrived they located the victim receiving medical attention at 100 Northern Ave. This is the parking lot in front of the Institute of Contemporary Art.
Detectives are seeking individuals who were aboard the Provincetown II boat last evening and were in attendance at the “Outrageous and Red” party. Investigators are seeking information as to whether or not there was an altercation aboard the vessel. Investigators are also interested in receiving information related to any potential altercation that may have occurred in or around the Anthony’s Pier 4 parking lot. In addition, detectives are interested in obtaining any videos or photographs that were taken by party-goers.
