At 8:30pm, on Tuesday September 4, 2007, officers from District B-3 responded to a radio call for a person shot at 134 Harvard Street. On arrival, officers observed a 21-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center where he was later pronounced. The victim has been identified as Alan Peguero, 20, of Dorchester Boston Police are actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.
