South End District D-4 Police Station Open House“Unity Through Community”
WHAT: As part of the Neighborhood Crime Watch Unit’s National Night Out celebrations, the South End will be hosting an open house at the D-4 District Police station. This is a chance for all to come meet their local law enforcement officers, to broaden their understanding and appreciation for their role in the community, and to have a good time!
The Open House will feature face painting, balloons, refreshments, and giveaways. Also, the Suffolk County Sheriffs Department’s Ident-A-Kid Program will be participating.
Most importantly, this is a great opportunity introduce yourself to your community officers and to ask questions, thus helping the community to better work hand in hand with those in charge of preventing crime and upholding justice.
