Suspects Attempt Disappearing Act in Dressing Room of Macy’sYesterday, Wednesday, May 23, 2007, evening around 6:05pm, officers from District 1(Downtown Boston) arrested suspect, Melissa Pierre-Louis, 17, of Cambridge and charged her with Shoplifting.
Officers initially responded to a radio call for larceny in progress at Macy’s Department Store in Boston. There, officers spoke to loss prevention officers and learned that the suspect accompanied by another female had entered the dressing room with a numerous articles of clothing, but exited the dressing room a short while later carrying only shopping bags. The two suspects were followed but one fled prior to apprehension. The arrested suspect was arrested with over $500.00 of clothing. The tags to the clothes were subsequently located on the dressing room floor.
Two Suspects Arrested for Affray After Clubbing
At approximately 2:11am today, Thursday, May 24, 2007, officers from District 1 (Downtown) were on patrol in the area of State St. and Broad St. when they observed an argument starting in front of “The Place.”
Officers activated their lights and sirens in an effort to alert the arguing parties to their presence. The arguing parties however ignored the officers alert and escalated their argument into a fight. The two individuals started punching and throwing each other around on the sidewalk. The two individuals, Randolph Ruesga, 22, of Lacey, WA and Michael Tracy, 21, of Hanover were both arrested and charged with Affray.

This morning around 3:08am, officers from District 18 (Hyde Park) responded to 62 Dale St. for a crime in progress.
On arrival, officers spoke to the victim who reported to officers that she looked out of her window and noticed that there were two individuals trying to break into her car with a 4-prong lug wrench. The victim stated that she yelled at the suspects and they got in a car and drove off.
As officers were on scene talking to the victim, a car matching the suspects’ vehicle was observed driving down the street. The car was stopped and the occupants detained. The victim positively identified the suspects and the described burglarious tool was located in their car along with several other burglarious tools. Suspects, Matthew A. Thompson, 23, of Roslindale and Michael Martinez, 22, of Boston were both arrested and charged with Attempted Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Burglarious Tools, and Possession of Class D for marijuana found in their car.
