On March 14, 2007 around 3:53pm, officers from District B-2 responded to the intersection of Centre and Highland Streets for a person shot. On arrival, officers located Cedrick Steele, 18, of Roxbury, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Boston Medical Center by E.M.S. with life threatening injuries and later succumbed to his wounds.This incident is currently under investigation and any individual with information relating to this incident is strongly encouraged to contact the Homicide Unit at (617) 343-4470.
