DAILY INCIDENTS FOR MARCH 11, 2007

TWO PEOPLE STABBED IN SEPARATE DOWNTOWN INCIDENTSAt 12:40am, on Saturday, March 10, 2007, officers from District A-1, while on patrol in the area of Lagrange Street, were flagged down by an unknown individual on Washington Street. The unknown individual then told officers that he had just seen someone stabbed. On arrival, officers observed the victim bleeding from the neck. The victim was transported to Mass General Hospital and treated for a non-life threatening injury. The victim stated that he was crossing the street near the intersection of Washington and Beach Streets when the suspect said something to him. A verbal argument then ensued and the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim. The suspect fled down Washington Street towards Kneeland Street.
At about 1:50am, on Saturday, March 10, 2007, officers from District A-1 responded to a radio call for a person stabbed at 275 Tremont Street (Roxy Nightclub). On arrival, the club doorman escorted officers to a bathroom where they located a victim suffering from a stab wound to the stomach. The victim stated he was dancing with a female when an unknown black male walked up to him and stabbed him. The victim was transported to Mass General Hospital and treated for a non-life threatening injury.
ROBBERY SUSPECTS APPREHENDED
At about 7:43 pm, on Saturday, March 10, 2007, officer from District C-11 responded to a radio call for a robbery in progress at the intersection of Samoset Street and Welles Ave in Dorchester. According to the victim, she was walking down the street when she got punched from behind. The victim then states, after getting knocked to the ground, she observed 2 suspects. According to the victim, one of the suspects grabbed her pocketbook. Officers then broadcast a description of the 2 suspects over the police radio. Officers then located 2 suspects fitting the descriptions provided by the victim. While officers were questioning the suspects, the victim was brought to their location for identification purposes. After the victim positively identified the suspects, a 16 year-old black male from Roxbury and a 15 year-old black male from Dorchester were arrested and charged with Armed Robbery.
