On Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at 9:08pm, officers from District 3 responded to a radio call for a person shot at 63 Armandine Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located the victim, a black male, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced on scene by Emergency Medical Technicians, and the body was recovered by the Medical Examiner’s Office. The victim has been identified as Jova Guidroz, 27, of Dorchester.The Boston Police Homicide Unit is currently investigating this incident and we urge anyone with information relevant to this incident to contact the Homicide Unit at (617) 343-4470 or remain anonymous by calling the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-494-TIPS.
