WHAT: Mayor Menino and Commissioner Davis will take this opportunity to encourage fans to enjoy themselves during the AFC Championship game between the Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts, but to do so responsibly. This announcement will detail the plans on behalf of the City and the Boston Police Department to increase patrols and ensure the safety of our community on game day. This is a reminder that fans are encouraged to celebrate responsibly and to adhere strictly to all alcohol laws. Mayor Menino will also detail expectations of licensed establishments participating in game day festivities.
