Yesterday morning at about 5:45AM, Officers from District 11 responded to Clarkson Street and Hamilton Street in Dorchester for a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located two individuals suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to local hospitals. One victim, Jason Fernandes, 14, of Brockton, was transported to the Boston Medical Center where he was pronounced. The second victim’s injuries are considered non-life threatening. Boston Police believe this incident is connected to a party that was taking place at a residence on Clarkson Street.
