Stolen Car Lands Three in JailYesterday around 4:04pm, officers in District 13 responded to a radio call at 275 Centre Street for a vehicle possibly being stripped. On arrival officers located three males standing next to a motor vehicle. Officers inquired about the ownership of the vehicle and the three suspects stated it was not their car but they were fixing it for some girl. Officers inquired about the owner and the suspects stated that she was there but left and they don’t know where she went. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen. Jose Camilo, 17, and Delvin Ramirez, 20, both of Dorchester were arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Motor Vehicle. A 16 year-old juvenile was also arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Motor Vehicle.
Unarmed Robbery of Campus Tan
Yesterday around 6:27pm, officers in District 4 responded to a radio call for a robbery in progress at 334 Mass Ave. On arrival officers spoke with the victim who stated two white females entered the store and demanded money. The victim went on to state that after taking the cash the suspects ordered her into one of the tanning booths. Due to the magnetic door lock the suspects were unable to leave. The suspect then returned to the locked tanning booth and demand that the victim release the door lock. The suspects fled on Huntington Ave. towards Mass Ave. with an undetermined amount of cash.
Pricey Hair Salon Robbed
Last night around 9:24pm, officers in District 11 were flagged down in front of 501 Washington Street. Officers spoke with the victim who stated two black male suspects walked into her shop and headed straight to the rear of the beauty salon. The suspect demanded money while pointing a firearm at the victim. The two suspects fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash and the victim’s cell phone.
