Search Warrant Executed on Harvard Street Last night at 7:00pm, officers assigned to the Drug Control Unit executed a Dorchester District Court Search Warrant at 185 Harvard Street in District 3. Officers arrested four individuals and recovered drugs and a firearm hidden in the toilet. The following people were arrested: Kenneth Rowell, 18, of Dorchester charging him with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Trafficking Class B within a School Zone, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D within 1000’ of a School Zone; Cornelius Sanders, 34, of Roxbury, charging him with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D, within 1000’ of a School Zone; Regina Rowell, 44, and Jovan Adams, 22, both of Dorchester and charging them both with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B and D. All four will be arraigned in the Dorchester District Court.
Checks Cashed Here…or NOT
Officers from District 18 responded to 1280 Hyde Park Avenue yesterday afternoon at about 1:52pm to investigate an individual at that location. On arrival the officers spoke with the witness who stated that Emmanula Georges, 19, Medford, attempted to cash a check for $6510.86. Police arrested the suspect and charged her with Possession of a Counterfeit Note or Bank Bill, Forgery of Records, Uttering, and Use of Fraudulent Checks. Georges will be arraigned in the West Roxbury District Court.
Police Search for a “Spiderman” or “Bumble” on Huntington Avenue
This morning at 5:02am, officers from District 4 responded to 270 Huntington Avenue on a report of a person who jumped out of a window. A witness approached the individual, who stood up and fled on foot down an alleyway. Officers searched the area to no avail and did not observe any open windows at that address.
