This morning around 7:32am, officers in District 11 responded to a radio call for an unknown problem involving a school bus at Adams Street and Dorchester Avenue. Officers spoke with the operator of the bus who stated that she observed smoke coming from the front area of the bus. The operator stated she immediately pulled over and began to evacuate the students off the bus. Twenty-seven students from the Boston Collegiate Charter School were transported to Carney, Boston Medical Center and Children’s Hospital for evaluation.
