Daily Incidents For September 12, 2006

Breaking and EnteringLast night around 8:30pm, officers in District 3 responded to a radio call for a breaking and entering at 9 Flint Street. The victim reports upon returning home she noticed the door to her bedroom kicked open. The victim stated to officers that she had locked the door before leaving. The victim also noticed another room had been ransacked and a window on the second floor was open. Victim reports several items of jewelry were missing.
Larceny from a Motor Vehicle
Around 9:15pm, officers responded to a radio call for a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle report at 150 Standard Street. Officers spoke with the victim who stated, unknown person smashed the driver’s side window and removed her cell phone from the front seat.
Unarmed Robbery
Early this morning, officers in District 2 responded to a radio call for a larceny in progress at 640 Huntington Avenue. Officers spoke with the victim who stated he was sitting in front of Smith Hall using his lap top computer when three black males approached him. The victim stated the suspects grabbed the computer and his black leather case and fled across Huntington Avenue.
