Victim Stabbed at Roxbury CrossingThis morning at 1:00am a 46-year-old Brighton male reported to police that he was stabbed at Roxbury Crossing by a group of black males. The victim was transported to the Brigham and Woman’s Hospital and treated for his injury. The suspects remain at large.
Victim Robbed in East Boston, Suspect Surrenders
A victim who reported that a suspect had just robbed her while she was parked at the White Hen Pantry flagged District 7 officers down at Saratoga Street and Brandywine Drive yesterday at 12:50pm. Officers broadcast a description of the suspect. While the officers were completing their reports, the suspect entered District 7 and surrendered himself to police. Police arrested Richard Prader, 21, of East Boston and charged him with Unarmed Robbery. He will be arraigned in the East Boston District Court.
Lucky Store Not So Lucky
Last night at 10:23pm, officers from District 4 responded to 281 Huntington Avenue on a report of a robbery. On arrival officers spoke with the victim who stated that two black males, armed with a firearm, entered the store and robbed the victim. The suspects fled on foot and the District 4 detectives continue to investigate this incident.
Two Suspects Arrested for Armed Robbery
Officers from District 2 responded to Fairland Street in Roxbury for a report of a robbery. Officers spoke with the victim who stated that he was walking when two males approached him. One suspect pointed something that appeared to be a gun at the victim while the second suspect punched the victim in the face and robbed him. The suspects fled on foot and were later seen in front of 7 Mt. Pleasant Street. Both suspects were positively identified and placed under arrest charged with Armed Robbery. Anthony Jones, 39, of Roxbury and Arthur Flood, 36, Dorchester will be arraigned today in the Roxbury District Court.
