Two Arrested in Stolen CarYesterday officers in District 2 observed a stolen car at Dacia and Quincy Streets. When the operator of the stolen car made eye contact with the police officers, she took off at a high rate of speed down Warren Street. Officers had lost sight of the vehicle, but a short time later the vehicle was spotted in traffic on Crawford Street. Additional units converged into the area blocked the stolen vehicle. Shara Clarke, 18, of Dorchester was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Motor Vehicle and Using Motor Vehicle without Authority. Also arrested was a 14 year-old juvenile.
Larceny at Hong Kong
Early this morning around 12:55am, an individual at the Hong Kong Bar informed a detail officer that an individual placed a T-shirt over a woman’s pocketbook that was on the bar and fled out the door. The suspect was stopped on Chattam Court and found to be in possession of a woman’s handbag. The suspect stated he found the bag and was looking for the owner. The victim was located and her property was returned. Adam Odiorne, 25, of New Jersey was arrested and charged Larceny from the Person.
