Seven Arrested at Brighton House PartyThis morning at 2:09am, officers from District 14 responded to 84 Allston Street on a report of a fight. Officers located a 20-year-old male victim lying on the ground behind 13 Greylock Street. The victim reported to police that he was at a party and was swarmed by a group who punched him and knocked to the ground and began stomping on his leg. He was transported to St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center where he was treated for his injuries. Officers then went to 84 Allston Street, observed underage individuals in possession of alcohol. Police arrested Benjamin Stoner, 19, of Hartford, CT, Anthony Pons, 19, of Harwich port, Matthew Flynn, 19, of Huntington, Anthony Volpe, 18, and Brian McLaughlin, 19, both of Allston. All these suspects were charged with Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon and Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by Persons under 21. Police also arrested Jason Hafer, 18, of Marlboro charged with Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon and Amy Eisenberg, 18, of Boston charging her with Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by Person under 21. All seven suspects will be arraigned in the Brighton District Court.
Assault at Store 24 in Charlestown
Officers assigned to District 15 responded to the Store 24 at 140 Main Street this morning at 1:10am on a report of a cab driver being harassed. On arrival the officer found two victims’ who stated that four white males had assaulted them. One victim refused medical attention while the second was transported to the Massachusetts General Hospital. All four suspects fled before police arrived. Detectives from District 1 are currently investigating this incident.
Five Arrested in Roslindale After Traffic Offense
After observing two vehicles committing violations of the auto laws, officers from District 18 arrested five people for various charges. The incident occurred this morning at about 2:23am on Neponset and Philbrick Street in Roslindale. Officers arrested Jean Rubin, 20, of Mattapan, Frantzer Fleurimond, 18, of Roxbury charging them both with Possession of Burglarious tools, Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, and Receiving Stolen Motor Vehicle. Jean Guyvens Lefort, 18, of Dorchester, Carl Belizaire, 18, of Roxbury, and Pierre Richard Fiote, 18, of Dorchester charging them with Receiving Stolen Motor Vehicle. All five will be arraigned in the West Roxbury District Court.
