4 People Stabbed In Separate Incidents Over NightThis morning around 12:25am, officers in District 2 responded to Boston Medical Center on a report of a stabbing. Victim stated he was walking on Elder Street near the intersection of Eastman Street when he was approached by an unknown male, who pulled out a knife and stabbed him. The victim was treated at Boston Medical Center for a superficial wound.
This morning around 12:50am, officers in District 11 responded to a radio call for Assault and Battery in Progress at 16 St Marks Road. On arrival officers did not find a victim but noticed blood on a parked vehicle. Officers were informed that someone was stabbed and that the victim was headed to Carney Hospital. Officers responded to Carney Hospital and found the victim suffering from multiple stab wound. The victim condition is non-life threatening.
Early this morning around 3:05am, officers in District 4 responded to a radio call for a person stabbed at 1114 Boylston Street. The victim stated to officers that he observed his co-worker being assaulted and went to his aid and was stabbed at that time. The victim was transported to Boston Medical center and treated for non-life threatening stab wound.
Around 3:20am this morning, officers in District 1 responded to Mt Auburn Hospital on a report of a person stabbed. The victim reports while driving on State Street near the intersection of Congress Street was struck by another motor vehicle. The victim reports that the suspect exited his car began yelling and shattered the victim’s rear passenger window. The victim stated that the suspect reached into the window and stabbed him. The victim was treated at Mt. Auburn Hospital for a non-life threatening injury.
Fugitives From Justice Arrested
Around 1:13am, officers in District 2 observed a vehicle change lanes erratically in front of them. Further investigation by officers revealed that the plate was attached and did not belong to that vehicle. Officers pulled the vehicle over at Warren Avenue and St James Street. Officer asked the driver for his license and registration, at which time he stated he did not have a license. Further investigation revealed that they were brother and wanted by U.S. Federal Marshall. David Lugo, 25, and Angelo Lugo, 29, both of Quincy were arrested and charged with being a Fugitive From Justice. Angelo Lugo is also charged with Operating After Suspension of License and has two outstanding warrants out of South Boston Court.
Person Shot at Seaver Street and Glenarm Street
Early this morning around 5:02am, officers in District 3 responded to a radio call for a person shot at Seaver Street and Glenarm Street. On arrival officers located a black male suffering from apparent gun shot wounds. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
