Disturbance at Sizzlin Hair Design and Tanning StudioYesterday around 2:00pm, officers from District 7 responded to Sizzlin Hair Design and Tanning Studio at 945 Saratoga Street for a Disturbance. When the officers spoke with the owner, who stated the suspect was informed that she would have to give her name in order to utilize the tanning booth. At that time the suspect became enraged and started to yell at the owner. The owner once again informed the suspect that state law requires this information in order to utilize the facility. The suspect once again became enraged and was asked to leave the premises. Suspect fled prior to police arrival.
Man Arrested on Home Invasion Warrant
Last night while on patrol officers in District 2 observed a suspect with an outstanding warrant in the area of Orchard Park. Officers arrested Reyes Rivers, 46, of Roxbury on an outstanding warrant for Armed Home Invasion.
Warrant Arrest on Berkeley Street
About 3:05am while on patrol officers observed the suspect walking down the middle of Berkeley Street waving at passing motor vehicle. Further investigation by officers revealed that the suspect had an outstanding warrant for Breaking and Entering and Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. Sheila Estrada, 24, of Boston was placed under arrest and transported back to the district to be booked. The suspect was also in possession of crack cocaine and was also charged with Possession of Class B.
