Firearm Arrest at Folsom and Dudley StreetsLast night around 7:27pm, officers in District 2 Drug Control Unit responded to the area of Folsom and Dudley Streets for recent complaints of drug activity and shots fired calls. Officers observed the suspect enter the residence and then exit a short time later. This type of activity along with the officer training and experience is consistent with a drug transaction. Dorchester residents Aaron Dudley, 18, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition and Distribution of Class D also arrested was Wendell Nunes, 23 for Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D. Officers recovered one firearm and drugs from the suspects.
Three People Arrested After Loud Party
This morning around 12:06am, officers in District 14 responded to 130 Englewood Avenue for numerous loud party calls. On arrival officers could hear loud music turning onto Englewood Avenue from Chestnut Hill Avenue and officers observed about 15 people outside of the residence. Officers entered the apartment and informed the tenants that they needed to disperse the party and turn the music off. Once again officers asked several more time to disperse the party but to no avail. Brighton residents Lisa Zogalis, 22, Christine Zogalis, 22, and Kathryn Oberlander, 22, were arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace and Keepers of a Disorderly House.
