This evening at about 8:52pm, officers assigned to the Youth Violence Strike Force observed a male on Washington Street near Melville Avenue in Dorchester suffering from a stab wound. The male victim was treated and transported to the Boston Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.Boston Police Homicide Detectives are currently investigating this death and ask anyone with information about this stabbing to contact them at 617-343-4470 or at the Crime Stoppers tip line at 800-494-TIPS.
