Fugitive from Justice ArrestedLast evening officers in District 4 while on patrol in the Albany and East Berkeley Streets area observed a group of men known to them. Officers have received numerous complaints about drinking and drug dealing in this area. Upon further investigation officers discovered that Eric Roman, 26, of Boston was wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Virginia for Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Grand Larceny.
