Early this morning at 12:40am officers from District 3 responded to 11 Clarkwood St. in Mattapan on a report of shots fired. On arrival, officers found an unidentified B/M believed to be in his late teens/early twenties suffering from apparent gun shot wounds. The victim was transported to Brigham & Women’s Hospital and was pronounced dead at 1:36am.A second victim was found at the same residence suffering from trauma. He was transported to Boston Medical Center and his injuries are non-life threatening.
The circumstances are still being investigated by Boston Police Homicide Investigators.
