Last night at about 21:23 hours, officers from District 14 responded to a call for a person shot at 244 Kelton Street in Allston. On arrival officers found three people shot. According to information obtained from family, victim # 1 is identified as Julio Ceus, 33, of Allston. Victim #2 is identified as Natalie Sumner, 18, of Franklin, NH. Victim #3 is also a witness to these homicides; no additional information will be released about this individual. Preliminary investigations reveal that the victim’s were targeted and that it is not a random act of violence.Homicide detectives are currently investigating these homicides. No arrests or suspects have been identified in connection with them and no motive has been determined. As in all incidents that occur inside, eyewitness information is limited. Investigators are asking people that were in the Kelton Street neighborhood last night to consider the time frame of 21:23 hours, before and after, considering what they may have witnessed, paying particular attention to a black male and a white male traveling together either on foot, in a vehicle or by means of public transportation.
