Suspect Arrested In Dorchester StabbingBoston Police Officers from District 3 responded to call for a man stabbed at 12 Standish Street in Dorchester on 01/05/06 around 2120hrs. Antonio Brown 34, of Dorchester was arrested for Assault with Intent to Murder for stabbing the 33 year-old male victim from Dorchester. The victim was treated at Boston Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.
Two Suspects Arrested for Firearm and Drug Possession
The Boston Police Tactical Bicycle Squad recovered a .25 caliber Firearm and drugs from two suspects at Harvard Street and Bernard Street in Dorchester at 2040hrs on 01/05/06. The two suspects 21 year-old Thomas Inge of Roxbury and 22 year-old and 21 year-old Antoine Goforth of Dorchester were arrested as part of “Operation Home Safe”.
Student Arrested in Classroom with Firearm
Yesterday morning at 09:35 officers from the Boston Police School Police Unit received information that a 15-year-old student at the Jeremiah Burke High School had an active DYS warrant. The officers responded to the school where they took the student out of the classroom and informed him of his warrant. The student began to resist and violently struggle with the officers. Once in cuffs, officers recovered a knife and a loaded handgun. He was arraigned in Court yesterday.
Two Arrested for Assault and Battery in Hyde Park
A 24-year-old Hyde Park resident reported to police that last night at 23:17 two suspects beat him with a cane and slashed him in the hand with a knife outside the Taco Bell on Hyde Park Ave. Police arrested Jonathan Lopes, 18, of Dorchester and Jamal Augustine, 20, of Roxbury for Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon, and Assault and Battery.
