At about 11:58pm January 16, 2006 an officer from District 2 located 79-year-old Rossell Friday at the Forest Hills T-station. The officer had observed an elderly male standing outside of the bus terminal as he proceeded to District 2. Once at work he was informed of the situation and immediately returned to Forest Hills Station.
