BPD Community Alert: Detectives assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) are seeking the public’s assistance in efforts to identify the two individuals in the enclosed photos as it relates to an ongoing credit card fraud investigation.
The facts and circumstances of the initial incident are as follows:
At about 4:41 PM on Thursday, May 28, 2025, officers assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) responded to a radio call for a larceny in the area of 320 Boylston Street (Hermes) in Boston.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated that someone used her credit card to make a fraudulent purchase at the aforementioned location between approximately 2:47 PM and 3:47 PM on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The victim stated she may have dropped her credit card in the days prior to the purchases.
