YouthConnect is a vital partner, their social workers are embedded in many of our district stations and specialized units…and we hope to grow that model.
Our officers make frequent referrals of young people. YouthConnect is a vital link for youth and families that we encounter who need support and resources. YouthConnect helps them get what is needed.
A mom spoke at the breakfast about her amazing son. His life was not easy, but a YouthConnect social worker stood by him as a consistent support over the past 10 years, and it truly changed his life.
