BPD in the Community: Recruit Class 65-25 Attends Coffee Hour at Keystone Apartments in Dorchester

Members of Boston Police Recruit Class 65-25 joined the resident coffee hour at the Keystone Apartment Building in Dorchester as part of their Community Policing training at the Boston Police Academy.

This ongoing tradition is critical to ensure community policing is instilled in our officers from the start of their career. The visit from the Recruits has become a welcomed one for residents, offering a chance to connect with new recruits as well as familiar faces from the District C-11 Community Service Office and the Bureau of Community Engagement.

The morning was filled with friendly conversation and coffee—all in the spirit of building trust and relationships with those we serve!
