Investigation Update: Detectives assigned to the Human Trafficking Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and Massachusetts State Police High-Risk Victims Unit, and Lynn Police arrested Sixteen suspects, and summonsed Twenty suspects on sex-related charges over the course of the past two weeks as part of an ongoing investigation.
As a result of the investigation, officers arrested the following suspects:
Shawn Hennessey, 45, of Dorchester, charged with Enticement of a Child under 16, Trafficking of Class B (Methamphetamine), Trafficking of Class A (GHB), and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B (Ecstasy) and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class E (Cialis). He is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
Swanand Koli, 38, Boston, charged with Enticement of a Child Under 16, and Sexual Conduct for a Fee. He is expected to be arraigned in Charlestown District Court.
Rahul Tiwari, 30, of Everett, charged with Enticement of a Child Under 16, Sexual Conduct for a Fee, and Attempted Rape of a Child. He is expected to be arraigned in Charlestown District Court.
Jose Abad Santos, 44, of Auburn, New Hampshire, charged with Enticement of a Child Under 16, Sexual Conduct for a Fee, Attempted Rape of a Child, Unlawful Possession of a High Capacity Firearm, Unlawful Possession of High Capacity Feeding Device, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, and Possession of Crystal Methamphetamine. He is expected to be arraigned in Charlestown District Court.
Matthew Nader, 30, of South Boston, charged with Enticement of a Child Under 16, Sexual Conduct for a Fee, and Attempted Rape of a Child. He is expected to be arraigned in Charlestown District Court.
Rosevelt Alves, 42, of Stoughton, charged with Enticement of a Child Under 16, Sexual Conduct for a Fee, and Attempted Rape of a Child. He is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
Dylan Crowley, 29, of Everett, charged with Enticement of a Child Under 16, Sexual Conduct for a Fee, and Attempted Rape of a Child. He is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
Roberto Baez, 49, of Lynn, charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee, Possession of Class B, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest. He is expected to be arraigned in Lynn District Court.
George Dolo, 69, of Peabody, charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee, He is expected to be arraigned in Lynn District Court.
January Mkumbo, 44, of Lynn, charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee, He is expected to be arraigned in Lynn District Court.
Odige Theodule, 19, of Lynn, charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee, He is expected to be arraigned in Lynn District Court.
Xaviel Paredes, 30, of Lynn, charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee, He is expected to be arraigned in Lynn District Court.
Richard Sullivan, 35, of Quincy, charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee, He is expected to be arraigned in Lynn District Court.
Wilson, Nolasco-Lopez, 25, of Lynn, charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee, He is expected to be arraigned in Lynn District Court.
David Dithomas, 62, of Lynn, charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee, He is expected to be arraigned in Lynn District Court.
Michael Brady, 38, of Lynn, charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee, He is expected to be arraigned in Lynn District Court.
Detectives will seek criminal complaints against twenty other suspects for sex-related crimes.
