At about 10:30 AM, on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, officers assigned to the City-Wide Drug Control Unit and Drug Control Unit of District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) arrested Trang Duong, 52, of Dorchester on various firearm and drug related charges.
Officers were conducting an ongoing drug investigation and execution of search warrants in the area of 8 Ellsworth Street. As a result of the search warrants, officers recovered a F.lli Pietta firearm, 110 rounds of 9mm ammunition, approximately 65 grams of Fentanyl, 8 grams of Crack Cocaine, and about $10,960 in US currency.
Duong was placed under arrest and charged with: Unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, trafficking of class A, and possession with intent to distribute class A and B. She is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
