Officers from District E-13 brought some extra warmth to Halloween in Jamaica Plain by setting up a custom BPD Hot Cocoa Bar for those we serve!
Our officers served up delicious cups of hot cocoa with a variety of toppings, giving trick-or-treaters and families a chance to warm up while enjoying the festivities.
