Walking together to raise awareness!
Members of the Bureau of Community Engagement joined members of the community in the PANS/PANDAS Awareness Walk on Boston Common.
More than 600 participants came together to raise funds and awareness for Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS/PANDAS). The BPD Ice Cream Truck (thanks to HP Hood and the Boston Police Foundation) and Copper, the BPD Comfort Dog, were also on hand to greet participants and share in the day’s activities.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support this great event and took the time to say hello!
