At about 8:46 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2026, officers assigned to District 3 (Mattapan) responded to a radio call for a person stabbed at 950 Blue Hill Avenue, which resulted in the arrest of Jasmine Noiles, 35, of Dorchester, on charges of Assault and Battery Causing Serious Bodily Injury and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon on a Person over 60.
Upon arrival, officers observed a male victim suffering from multiple lacerations to the neck and temple area and immediately began rendering aid. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers were provided with a description of the suspect as a female with short hair, wearing a black hoodie, black shorts, and an electronic ankle monitor. With the assistance of ELMO, officers analyzed GPS activity in the area and received results associated with Jasmine Noiles, 35, of Dorchester. Electronic Monitoring Activity confirmed Noiles’ presence in the immediate vicinity at the time of the incident.
While at the District station, detectives were assigned an additional case regarding another incident that occurred within the district. During their investigation, detectives identified one of the reporting parties as Jasmine Noiles. Detectives also observed that Noiles matched the description of the suspect from the earlier stabbing. Detectives further observed that Noiles was wearing an electronic ankle monitor and had what appeared to be red blood stains on her sneakers.
After further investigation, officers placed Jasmine Noiles under arrest.
Jasmine Noiles is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court on the following charges:
- Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon on a Person over 60
- Assault and Battery Causing Serious Bodily Injury
