Members of the BPD Command Staff and BPD Cadets stopped by the Uphams’ Community Care Backpack Giveaway event.
Our team, alongside the BPD Ice Cream Truck, handed out free ice cream and connected with neighbors about how we can support students and families throughout the school year.
