About 5:00 PM, on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, officers assigned to District D-4 (South End) were on patrol in the area of Newbury Street conducting an ongoing shoplifting initiative.
Officers were advised that three females were inside the Alo store concealing items. Police were able to obtain a photo of the three suspects and observed them walking on Newbury Street towards Berkley Street.
When police stopped the suspects, one suspect became extremely uncooperative by screaming at officers.
