Thanks to the Boston Police Foundation – the Boston Junior Police Academy is back!
This year we kicked off the week-long camps with youth ages 9-12 from District A-1 (Downtown, North End, Chinatown and Charlestown), District D-4 (South End and Back Bay), and District D-14 (Brighton/Allston). They enjoyed a week together with our officers visiting places that are part of Boston’s history and learning about what our officers do!
The list of activities is long thanks to the Foundation and our many great partners. The campers visited the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill Monument and the New England Aquarium; they enjoyed a movie together, and toured the New England Patriots Hall of Fame.
