On Wednesday, April 11, 2026, officers assigned to the Drug Control Units of District C-6 (South Boston), D-14 (Allston/Brighton), DEA FIT group, and Detectives from Brookline Police conducted a joint drug investigation.
Officers applied for and were granted search warrants for 22 High Street, Brookline, and the target of their investigation, Devani Perez-Valentin, 21, of Brookline. As a result of the search warrants, the following evidence was recovered:
– 30 grams of crack cocaine
– $15,019 in U.S. currency
– Drug packaging/distribution material
Perez-Valentin was placed under arrest and transported to the Brookline Police Department for booking. The suspect was arraigned in Brookline District Court for Trafficking of class B.
