About 2:13 PM, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, officers assigned to District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for an armed robbery at 7 Topliff Street. Officers were advised that the victims were assaulted by multiple people.
The victims were sprayed with bear spray and struck with a rock. One of the suspect’s struck a victim in the head with a firearm. Boston EMS was requested to respond to the scene, and both victims refused further medical treatment.
During the course of the investigation, the suspects were believed to be inside one of the apartments. Police began to set up a perimeter, and conducted a protective sweep of the building. Officers began to focus on a specific apartment, and were able to locate the suspects. The residence was secured pending an issuance of a search warrant.
Three suspects were placed under arrest and are expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court for the following charges:
Sebastian Fecu, 23, of Dorchester:
– Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Natalya Moore, 18, of Dorchester:
– Three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
– Armed robbery
Delroy Beckford, 33, of Boston, had three active warrants for his arrest for drug offenses, motor vehicle law violations, and assault and battery charges.
