Detectives assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown male who allegedly threatened a group of individuals with a knife in Roxbury on Thursday afternoon.
At approximately 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2026, officers assigned to District B-2 responded to a radio call for a fight at 100 Washington Street. Upon arrival, officers learned that an unknown male had followed a group of individuals from the Burke School to the Burger King parking lot on Washington Street. When confronted, the male became agitated, produced a knife, and made threatening gestures toward the group.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic/light-skinned male, approximately 5’6″ to 5’10” tall, wearing a red coat, black pants, black shoes, and a black hat, and was carrying a backpack at the time of the incident.
