On Saturday, February 21, 2026, officers assigned to the Drug Control Units of District B-2 (Roxbury), C-11 (Dorchester), and the Citywide DCU, arrested Freudy Guerrero-LaChapel, 25, of Roxbury, on drug trafficking charges.
Due to numerous community complaints of illegal drug distribution in the Grove Hall area of Roxbury, officers applied for and were granted two search warrants for the target of their investigation, and for 16 Waumbeck Street, Roxbury.
As a result of the search warrants, officers located and recovered 150 grams of fentanyl, drug packaging material, two cell phones, and approximately $64 in U.S. currency.
Guerrero-LaChapel was placed under arrest and is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court for the following charges:
– Trafficking of Class A, 100-199 Grams
– Distribution of Class A
