BPD in the Community: District A-1 Drives Teens from YES Chinatown to Learn to Snowboard at Wachusett Mountain

Officers from District A-1 brought teens from the Boston Youth Essential Services (YES) Chinatown Program for a winter adventure at Wachusett Mountain.

Despite the cold weather, the group embraced the day, learning how to snowboard.

We are grateful for our partnership with YES, which allows teens to try something new and affords our officers the opportunity to build connections with the young people we’re proud to serve. We’re always happy to show up for our community, no matter the season!
