On Friday, January 23, 2026, at approximately 10:07 a.m., members of the citywide Neighborhood Engagement Safety Team (NEST) conducted an on-site investigation in the area of 774 Albany Street as part of ongoing efforts to address illegal narcotics activity and related quality-of-life concerns in the Mass and Cass corridor of Boston.
During the investigation, officers observed behavior consistent with a street-level narcotics transaction involving two individuals near the entrance of a nearby property. Officers subsequently stopped one of the individuals, later identified as 25-year-old Luis Martinez Agramonte of Dorchester, as he attempted to leave the area on an electric bicycle.
A search resulted in the recovery of 12 individually packaged bags of suspected crack cocaine and 7 individually packaged bags of suspected crack cocaine mixed with fentanyl, along with a firearm recovered from inside Martinez Agramonte’s jacket.
A second individual believed to be involved in the transaction, later identified as 46-year-old Keith Bradford of Dorchester, was located inside a nearby building and stopped for further investigation. During a search, officers recovered suspected crack cocaine.
Detectives assigned to District D-4 responded to take custody of the firearm and process the evidence. The firearm was determined to be a “ghost gun” with a magazine containing 9mm ammunition. Officers also seized an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency believed to be proceeds from drug activity.
