Please Cancel Community Alert: Roxbury Community College Police Seek to Identify Individuals Following Assault with a Firearm

The Boston Police Department, in partnership with the Roxbury Community College Police Department, is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals pictured in connection with an assault involving a firearm that occurred at approximately 8:20 PM on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the Reggie Lewis Center, located at 1350 Tremont Street in Roxbury.

Preliminary information indicates that the three individuals pictured were inside the Reggie Lewis Center when they became involved in a verbal altercation. During the confrontation, one of the individuals, described as a male wearing a hoodie, lifted his sweatshirt and displayed what appeared to be a firearm.

Detectives assigned to District B-2 are assisting the Roxbury Community College Police Department and are actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is strongly urged to contact District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.
