Officers from the Boston Police Crime Scene Response Unit stopped by the West End House Boys & Girls Club in Allston to spend time with students from the District D-14 Apprenticeship Learning Program.
During the visit, BPD officers demonstrated the proper techniques used to recover fingerprints, giving students a hands-on look at real-world investigative work. This weekly program creates valuable opportunities for mentorship, allowing officers to share insight into the many career paths within the Boston Police Department while inspiring the next generation.
We’re proud to support programs that connect with youth and strengthen relationships within the communities we serve!
